- The How: Close your eyes. Find the strongest sensation in your body right now. Is it a tightness in the throat? A heaviness in the gut? Don't name it "anxiety." Don't give it a story. Just feel the raw texture of it. Is it hot? Pulsing? Sharp?
- The Why: By observing the sensation without trying to change it, you are training your brain that the feeling isn't a threat. You are expanding your window of tolerance. You are navigating your journey from the inside out.
