We all love sleep. Who wouldn’t? But what if we told you waking up even just 15 minutes earlier than you are right now, could change your life? Creating a morning routine can have a lot of positive effects on you and getting you to where you dream to be. Whether or not you want to wake up early to meditate, read, or go for that jog, you can start the day off right being proactive in your morning routine.

Today we’re here to tell you why and how this can and will change your life, even if you aren’t a morning person. It’s time to wake up on the right side of the bed!

The Cliff Notes:

  • The smartest people in any room are the people who read the most books.
  • Fun fact: Warren Buffett spends 80% of his day reading!
  • There’s no such thing as “I don’t have time.” The real statement is “I don’t want to make time.”
  • People who enjoy reading make it a priority to do so.
  • It is common for people not to forgive easily, since they associate forgiveness with condoning.
  • When you learn to forgive, you will feel a release of negative energy.
  • Nothing new will come out, if you put nothing new in.
  • Meditation has a compounding effect.
  • If you want to manifest your dream life, you will need to feed that part of yourself.
  • It’s interesting to test yourself!
  • If you don’t think you can wake up an hour earlier, start smaller. Try 10 minutes earlier, then 15, and then eventually work your way up.
  • Bring inquiry back into your life.
  • Everything you’re addicted to is killing off something else in your life that is pushing you towards what you want.
  • Ask yourself “what’s my point of view?” on what it is that is killing off the possibility to create a brand new life for yourself.
  • The point of view you have about life paints your entire world.

When you take action towards specific things in your life, other areas begin to open up.
